We will always contact you if there is a going to be a delay.
Unless stated all screen /embroidery origination is charged extra.
Payment by cheque / BACS or (online by credit card via our PayPal Account please contact us for information)
All orders must be paid for prior to being despatched.
Personalised orders must be paid for before we print any items, these items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault with the product or printing error.
If you require products Urgently, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to fulfil your requirement.
Artwork can be emailed or sent on a CD: Vector graphic artwork Illustrator EPS/PDF for PC format.
A visual of the artwork will be sent back to you for approval before work commences.

Supplied Artwork may be changed to fit the print space. Any changes to size will be free of charge.
You will be notified prior to production.
Alteration of artwork may incur additional costs.

Although we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we do not have control over delivery once it leaves our premises.
For small lightweight orders we use range of Royal Mail Services, (Royal Mail Recorded and Special Delivery - require a signature.)
Large or bulky orders we use a (Carrier - requires a signature.)

All returned goods must be in an unused state, before returning goods you must first notify us via email or a phone call. 0121 6666422
Personalised goods can only be returned if faulty due to either a manufacturing or print fault.
